Our prices start from around £1300 but each wedding is unique and cost can vary depending on how many photographers you want, what time of the year it is and whether you’d like a digital or album package.

We also offer discounts for out of season and mid-week weddings.

Contact us with more information about your day for our full price list.

We only photograph a limited number of weddings throughout the year and work on a first booked, first secured basis.

Once we have the booking fee in the bank and you have signed the contract your date is secured in our diary.

Our albums are designed by us and are high quality, hand made items which will last for generations. The most popular albums are bound in fine linen or leather with premium quality photo prints or fine art paper, however, there are many options available.

There are two ways we design your album, either Traditionally or “Straight to print, more information about this can be found below in the F.A.Q

What is documentary wedding photography?

This style of photography is more relaxed and informal and often focuses on the day as a whole rather than just the bride and groom.

Often with minimal posing, documentary wedding photography is characteristically described as natural, honest, photo-journalistic or reportage.

If you’re looking to enjoy your day without interference so you can focus on spending time with your friends and family this should suit you.

If you want maximum control over your day, expect lots of formal group photos and lots of posing then we’re not the right photographers for you. but can recommend some excellent traditional/editorial photographers.

Who shoots my wedding?

Us two! Alex and Jenni Cluskey-Smith. We’re a married photographer duo and shoot together on your wedding day so you get two professional photographers not one professional and an assistant.

The benefits of two professional wedding photographers are an increased number of photos and seeing things from different angles, we don’t shoot back to back, when one of us is in one place the other is somewhere else giving you a fuller story.

Unique to us is how close we are, we know each other exceptionally well and bounce off each other, people often how we work together and live together but for some reason it really works.

Sometimes we do shoot alone if you’d prefer one photographer for perhaps a smaller wedding with fewer guests or for half day packages.

How do we book?

Drop us an email with the details of your wedding such as Venue, Wedding date and your names and we can check our diary to see if we’re available.

To secure your date we just need a £250 non-refundable booking fee and a signed contract which we will send via email.

With limited dates available, we work on a first paid, first booked service.
Due to the nature of the industry we cannot reserve a date without the booking fee in place.

The remaining balance for the photography is due 30 days before your wedding date.

Do you do group photos and couple shots?

If wanted, we are happy to do a limited number of group shots and discuss this with you before your wedding day. Usually capped at around 5-10 photos, you’ll find your guests are much happier.

We enjoy couple photos but tend to keep them informal, short and enjoyable so you aren’t away from your guests for too long, sometimes 10 minutes during the day and then another 10 minutes later during a sunset.

We take inspiration from you as a couple and offer guidance with posing but we wouldn’t look to copy images you may have found on pinterest etc.

You're based in Yorkshire, do you travel?

We love to travel and visit new wedding venues, we also have special rates for destination weddings.

In the UK generally we travel on wedding days for 90 minutes at no extra charge, if you’re getting married somewhere outside of Yorkshire just get in touch and we’ll let you know if there’s an extra fee.

What is the "Straight to print" design

In short it’s nice and simple.

We design your album, send you images of the layout, which you can then approve. If you’re happy with the design, we send it “straight to print.”
This means less work for you and savings in the design element of the album.

If you want to make changes to the album layout we then charge a small fee for the extra design work.

What is the traditional album design

This is the classic way of designing an album, it’s much longer but you have full control at all times.

You select the images you want in the album and then we design the pages based around your image choices, we then send you images of the layout to approve and you can make two sets of alterations at no additional charge.

The usual checklist

We’re fully insured with both professional indemnity and public liability cover.

The cameras we use are either Fuji or Nikon professional grade depending on the situation, we always carry back up equipment as well.

Our photographs are backed up on memory card, computer, multiple external hard drives (NAS raid systems) and also off-site in the cloud.

Also we’re part of a wedding photographer network where if the absolute worst happened and for some reason one or both of us couldn’t attend your wedding, there would be someone who could cover for us.

Essentially the short end of this is that we’ve got it all covered and you don’t need to worry about anything.
